Hi everyone,

We are Tya & Ditto

We are husband and wife who share the same passion for delicious food and determine to up grade our life with healthier life style

As many of you also aware that those delicious food and drink are only takes us to guilt trip. They are not healthy! That mouth watering-dessert might contains huge amount of sugar enough for one week serving per person. And that scrumptious meal might have had swum in oil due to deep-frying process. Or the amount of salt hidden in that snacks is enough for any nutritionist to put them in their NO list.

If you just like us, delicious food does have good effect on us. It makes us happy,feel better,cheer us up and regain our mental power to face the day, accomplish the next task or simply enchance a good time with family and friends. Some dull and tasteless food just won't do unfortunately, healthy food associates a lot with these attributes.

So search no more! We've done the search for you!

Our love for delicious food and drink and determination to live healthier life has led us to set up TRF.
We are no nutritionist, nor we are dietitians but we'd love to share with you our bank of healthy recipes gathered from different sources. All recipes has been tried in our own kitchen and tasted by our wonderful friends and family. If we love it and they love it, we're sure that you do too!

We call this healthy because :

No Sugar
One of the reasons of avoiding risk of diabetes, a teaspoon of white sugar contains 16 kilocalories & sugar have manufacture processed. We using agave and stevia as a sugar substitue

Why? agave is natural energetic sweetener extracted from the blue agave plant, it has a very low glycemic rate, so it will slowly absorbed into the body preventing spikes blood sugar

Less Dairy
A dairy product is food produced from the milk of mamals. Diary products are usually high energy-yielding food product. So, we reduce the using of dairy in our product. We use raw almond milk or soy milk as dairy milk substitute.

Sea salt only we're not using table salt
Why? Sea salt us produced through evaporation of ocean water or water from saltwater lakes, usually with a little processing.

No cooking oil
We only use palm and olive oil
